Shipping & Returns

Delivery rates – by weight

Any delivery period quoted by the company is provided as a guide for the customer. The company shall not be held responsible for any loss incurred by a customer due to delivery of the goods being out with the period quoted. Your order will usually be dispatched within 5 working days as long as all items are in stock; if there are item(s) out of stock we will send them as soon as is practicable. If the item is permanently out of stock, we will contact you via telephone or email and arrange a refund.

If you havent received your order within the specified time or there is a problem with your order, please advise us at the earliest convenience on 01942 704607.

Delivery charges are based on the weight of the order and the region to which it will be posted.

 

Returns Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided that it meets the following conditions:

You must inform us within 7 working days of the Goods having been delivered to you of your intention to return the Goods to us. Returns must be made within 28 days from receipt of original order. Unwanted goods are returned to Leigh Plumbing Merchants at the buyers own expense. We will process your returns as quickly as possible but please allow 7 days from date of returning for refunds to be processed.

On receipt of the returned goods, we will give you a full refund of the amount you paid for the goods, but not the shipping cost, however, if we find that the goods have not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on this item, or deduct up to 25% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

 

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Please note we cannot accept claims for replacements on Glass items or items made partially or wholly of glass.
All claims for damage or loss must be received within 7 days either by post or email.

We will refund your carriage charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is unwanted. We will arrange collection of the item by our own couriers or prepaid labels. Please contact us to make arrangements either by e-mail or telephone.

We recommend you send all returns by recorded delivery post and retain your proof of postage. Parcels should be packaged securely and labelled clearly.
