Gold silica 2-Ply reversible soldering mat designed to protect surfaces from deflected heat surrounding a soldering operation

• With new Ecomab™ high temperature paper infill
• Sewn and loop-stitched with wire reinforced Kevlar flame proof thread
• Maximum opertating temperature 1200°C
• Contains NO Asbestos

Directions for use:

• Avoid direct flame contact to the mat as this will reduce the mat life
• Avoid flame contact to the stitched edges
• Avoid unnecessary flexing after use for a short period
• It is advisable to ventilate enclosed spaces when in use
• The soldering mats life is determined by heat intensity and concentration on a given area. Therefore, should the mat surface flow red at the point of flame contact, we suggest repositioning the mat allowing unheated areas to be used. Both sides of the mat can be used.
