Description
Completing the wide range of scrapers, RUBI offers professionals several options for joint scrapers. In addition to the electric scraper, RUBI has a more traditional option: the RUBI manual joint scraper. The RUBI joint scraper is very practical for repair work in which we have to replace a few ceramic tiles. By emptying the installation joint before replacing the broken ceramic tiles, we will reduce the risk of damaging the perimeter tiles that are in good condition. And in the same way, we will gain space to place new parts, which could have small dimensional differences, if they belonged to different production batches or different manufacturers. The manual scraper is equipped with an ergonomic handle and two electrodeposited tungsten carbide plates. of great resistance to abrasion. These pads can be combined with 1, 2 or 3 pads depending on the width of the placement joint to be emptied. Each electrodeposited tungsten carbide pad has a thickness of 2 mm. Therefore, the minimum joint to work with this scraper is 2 mm, and the width of the placement joint can reach up to 6 mm. The training approach that RUBI has with the professional is latent, a clear example of this is that since the beginning of the company, participation in international fairs has been key in its development. At RUBI, a large part is invested in participating in international fairs and exhibitions, which means that our global recognition continues to grow and we can continue developing solutions to facilitate the work of professionals in the sector around the world. At RUBI we have been concerned always for the health of the professional. Within the design of our tools, the concept of ergonomics is always very present, since we believe that safety and minimizing the risk of injury at work are essential for health and correct execution.
